At the Owl House, King and Hooty are elated to have the duo back, but Eda asks them to give the pair some space, and she asks Luz and Hunter if they are okay. When the Bards Against the Throne was reworked into the Covens Against the Throne, Raine and the others would mimic the hissing of a cat as their battle cry, much to Darius' annoyance. Alador made his full-time appearance in the second season in the episode "Escaping Expulsion". While Alador's relationship with his two oldest children is mostly unknown, it can be assumed he does not spend much time with them. The Emperor's Coven
Luz furiously snaps and tells him that he is the evil one, to which he replies that he "can't reason with crazy" before attempting to attack her with a bladed hand. Just as Eda counts to one, the duo manages to reach the walkie-talkie on time, and Luz screams at Eda to immediately activate the return spell. The spell then activates, successfully bringing the pair back to the Owl House. Back at the Owl House, Eda is frustrated that she can't successfully create a return spell, but without warning, someone knocks on the door, and Hooty gets the door. Thinking that the flowers are rigged, Eda tells Hooty to throw them away, but they then wilt, causing the contents wrapped inside the petal to dissolve in the vase and create a yellow liquid. Eda picks up the note attached to the flowers and is surprised to learn that the liquid is a teleportation potion from the mindscape.
Coven System
A book publisher who forces authors to write books under threat of "crunch time". In his introductory episode "Hooty's Moving Hastle" he tries to capture Eda for her bounty. This episode of The Owl House is now available on Disney Channel and the DisneyNOW App. Hunter (AKA The Golden Guard) is trying to finish fixing his robe, but it doesn’t look as good as it once did, when he gets a note from Belos saying he needs to run the Coven Head’s meeting for the day.

What might had caused that bitter rivalry that broke their childhood friendship is yet to be revealed. When he finds out that she disobeyed him, Alador is disappointed and furious with her, even remarking that she should go beg the Emperor's Coven for the next opportunity to participate in the tryouts. Furthermore, he has an Abomination Coven sigil branded on his right arm, which has been removed by the time of the epilogue of "Watching and Dreaming".
Hunter is clearly beginning to regret his choices and makes way to Darius’s ship. Gus apologizes for being so suspicious of him, and everyone seems to be happy to have made a new friend. Its at this point that Hunter reveals himself as the Golden Guard and says they can now play as a team as part of the Emperor’s Coven. Willow then realizes that this is the kid that Luz has told them about and more of the Emperor’s scouts show up, sent by Darius to collect his new recruits. At this point, it's fairly obvious that Hunter and Willow will cross paths.
